Local Ordinance 223-17 prohibits vehicles from parking on residential roads between the hours of 2 AM and 5 AM. The Police Department may grant permission for you to park your vehicle on the street. No permission will be granted during inclement weather such as a severe storm, a forecast of snow, snow covered or icy roads.
