Local Ordinance 223-17 prohibits vehicles from parking on residential roads between the hours of 2 AM and 5 AM. The Police Department may grant permission for you to park your vehicle on the street if you have extenuating circumstances. No permission will be granted during extremely inclement weather such as a severe storm, a forecast of snow, or snow covered or icy roads.
