Today the Township of Washington Police Department hosted a DWI Demonstration at the Westwood Regional Jr/Sr High School. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, every day almost 29 people in the United States die in alcohol-impaired vehicle crashes—that’s one person every 50 minutes (2016 statistic). P.O. Montalbano arranged the event to spread the word You Drink, You Drive, You Lose. It was a huge success. We hope the message reached all who attended.
