Coach Jimmy from the Pascack Boxing Club invited Washington Township Police to the Bethany for a bullying awareness seminar that encompassed victims of bullying and their families as well as members of the school community. Cpl. Santa and P.O. Sinatra attended the open forum discussion about how to help prevent bullying and how to instill resiliency in our children. Members were asked to share their own hardships or stories where bullying affected their lives and how resiliency played a part in coping with those hard times. The seminar was so well received by all that Pascack Boxing Club and the Bethany Community Center is looking to host this type of event once a month for anyone interested in being part of this bullying awareness seminar.
